Servicing the CCU for the XTx00 Residual Gas Analyzers

Exploded View of CCU

To dissasemble CCU:

1. remove the thumbscrews
2. remove the six black phillips head screws holding the cover and remove the cover
3. remove the final 2 stainless steel philllips head screws to disassemble completely
